Did you know: Loggerhead Turtles are on the endangered or threatened species list throughout the world? They're estimated (no one knows for certain) to live up to 70 years? They cannot pull their heads or flippers into their shells like freshwater tortoises and turtles and that when they lay eggs, they lay about 100 eggs in "three to five nests, sometimes more, two weeks apart"?
These are so beautiful! Perfect details! The cabinets are not installed yet, but they are perfect.
In our house in FL we purchased the sand dollar knobs which we loved. Moved to SC and needed new knobs. Loggerheads nest on our beach so the turtle knobs were perfect for our kitchen. We get lots of great comments in them!
I recently purchased the small sea turtle knobs for my newly renovated masterbath. My order was promptly shipped and arrived quickly. I can hardly wait for the construction to be completely finished so they can be installed. The attention to detail, beauty, and craftsmanship is truly exceptional. I absolutely LOVE them! I also love that Peter’s name is stamped into the pewter on the backside. My poor memory won’t hinder my ability to order additional items in the future LOL!! If you haven’t taken the time to read Peter’s story, you should. It’s a beautiful history of how Peter became the artist that he is.
