Dolphin Cabinet Knob, Small Right Facing

I saw these dolphin knobs on the site and had to get them! The knobs arrived within a week and upon removing them from the packaging I noticed that the Right facing knob had some scratches and the Left facing knob was perfect! I went online and sent them a msg telling them that one of the knobs was scratched. I received a response within an hour apologizing for the mishap and stated that he was going to send me a replacement. I received a msg a few hours later stating that the replacement had been shipped. I have received the replacement knob and it's in great condition...... Their products are slightly expensive but well worth it not only because of the products but especially for their service!!! Thank You Costello Coastal Knobs..... ;)

The dolphin knobs were exactly like shown and arrived quickly. The communication of the order and shipping were accurate.
