The first step in creating Costello Coastal Knobs is the design. The second step is making the mold out of modeling wax. This wax is a hard wax that requires tools for cutting, filing, grinding, carving, etc. With his experience in carving award winning duck decoys and fishing tournament trophies, Peter Costello creates beautiful molds that become beautiful knobs.
